the hotel is located near two metro stations. this provided easy access to the city. several restaurants were also nearby. the daily change of linen was very good.

the room was of a comfortable size. it had daily changes of linen and toiletries. i found hot water readily available and a bathtub present. the free swimming pool and gym were additional benefits.
the staff member arrived with the water bottle i requested. instead of handing it over, he questioned if water was already in the room at check-in. this seemed quite perplexing to me at that late hour.

the cleaning and maintenance of the apartments are well handled. employees such as mr bikash and mr subash took responsible care of the apartments. they keep customers satisfied with their work.

The room service on the 6th floor was excellent. bikash provided a very good service. I found this very efficient. well maintained rooms included clean bedsheets. I was happy with this aspect.
the parking facility was not free, unlike other properties.

The location was convenient, close to the metro station. Made getting around easy i also found several supermarkets nearby, providing easy access to necessities.
The gym had limited equipment. Only a few machines were available.

i found the staff helpful, especially with arranging transportation. the proximity to al rigga road was convenient. my room had a spacious layout with a separate seating area. i particularly appreciated the efficient housekeeping service.
the wifi was somewhat unreliable at times, difficult to stream videos.
